Our Opinion:-

A  groundsheet that lays underneath your awning to protect it from the elements. It is a super hard wearing groundsheet and very easy to clean. It has a hydrostatic head of 10,000mm. 
The groundsheet has eyelets in each corner to peg the groundsheet to the ground.

Especially important with Awnings that have a sewn in groundsheet. As it makes it much easier to keep you awning clean, makes packing away much easier and reduces damage to your awning by proving a double layer to the groundsheet.
