Sunncamp Silhouette Motor Air 250 Grande

Our opinion:-

The Silhouette Motor Air 250 Grande is a larger version of the popular Silhouette Motor Air 225 awning. offering a lager 250cm x 250cm floor area, this compact awning is the perfect choice for a simple and straightforward awning to use for weekend and short breaks away with a motorhome or campervan.

Using Sunncamps Air Volution Air frame technology, It is a really easy awning to erect. Featuring a sewn in groundsheet
The vertical front wall with a canopy is our preferred design as it give you a rainsafe door to help prevent rain getting inside the awning and you having to mop it up off the sewn in groundsheet.

The main flysheet fabric is 300D polyester with a hydrostatic head of 6000mm, promising a high level of waterproofing with a very resilient fabric that should give you many years of service. 

Although this is an inflatable awning, the ‘canopy at the front uses a fibreglass pole and we would recommend fitting this with the awning partly inflated before fully inflating the Front Air Beam

No Bedroom option in this awning but there are freestanding bedrooms available from several manufacturers..

At the front of the awning, you get a 70cm canopy which protects the front of the awning from the elements. Large side windows allow in great light, and are clear allowing you to enjoy the views out! Access is at the front of the awning and also you can access via the tunnel doors to save treading mud though the awning. The tunnel area is a great place for storing muddy gear and also your bikes!

Equipped with a sewn-in ground keeps all and all belongings protected from the cold, damp ground and also keeps those pesky insects at bay! The canvas has been produced from Sunncamp’s 300-Denier Pro-Tek fabric which is nicely weighted and combines durability and strength. With a 6000mm Hydrostatic Static provides ample of waterproofing!
