The Tailgate Hub Low is an addition to the Vango Experience range of driveaway awnings and the first Tailgate awning in the Vango range
The Tailgate hub Low is an easy to pitch, stable dome style awning featuring Fibreglass Poles.
The front door also features an internal mesh door to help keep out bugs and help with condensation. All the Diamond clear windows feature Toggle up blinds for privacy. All sides open to convert the awning into a gazebo The groundsheet is a toggle in groundsheet that can be removed for easy cleaning or left out on hard standings. A separate groundsheet also provides more ventilation to help reduce condensation
The Tailgate Hub Low features Vangos Sentinel Active Fabric giving a great space to weight ratio. An important consideration in any awning designed for use in smaller Campervans, where storage space is restricted.
As with all Vango fabrics the flysheet uses Vango’s ColourLok™ finish. This Aids Colour retention from UV light. Stopping a lot of the fading that occurs when the awning is exposed to Sun Light. This also gives the fabric a 30+ UPF rating so helps makes the awnings more durable and longer lasting against UV degradation.
The Tailgate Hub Low can use Vango's Freestanding Airbeam bedroom to sleep 2 guests

New for 2021, the Tailgate Hub is Vango’s first rear attachment awning, ideal for couples or independent travellers with a spirit of adventure. The perfect quick pitch for short stops, the Tailgate Hub has been designed with active adventurers in mind. Effortless attachment requires only pegging straps at the front of the vehicle and tunnel area, allowing the awning to fit neatly to your vehicle without the need for kador rails. However, should you wish to use them, the traditional attachment options of roof bar attachment tabs, kador and a sleeve for pole and clamp are also included. Two doors in the connecting tunnel make for a convenient storage area, while Vango’s reliable and lightweight Sentinel Active Fabric, ensures a compact pack size, easily stored away when not in use. The Tailgate Hub does not require the tailgate to be open to support the structure, so you can simply roll away the connecting tunnel should you want to drive off and explore for the day. Be ready for any adventure with the Tailgate Hub.

- Touring Awning – This awning is designed for touring use; it is not designed for static or long-term seasonal pitching as extensive exposure to UV light will cause accelerated fabric degradation. UV degradation is not covered under the warranty. However, under normal holiday use your awning will give long service
